Just a random question. I personally love working out. couldn't imagine life without it really. And If so, what are your workouts? Your routines? Your diet? This is my daily regime.
breakfast. 32 oz protein shake Apple banna Orange Vitamins
lunch Large salad
Dinner Tons of meat and a Load of veggies Bread 16oz protein shake
A gallon of water throughout the day
Warm up (just an ass load of stretches I do soon as I get out of bed in the morning, before i work out, after I work out, and before I go to bed.)
Max set of pull ups (maxed out at about 30 right now) sit ups-55 max set of push ups (maxed at about 110) dips-45 mason twist-150 max set of crunches (maxed at about 212-today) lunges-30 shoulder press-45 shoulder rolls-15 Skullbashers-2 minutes Max reps- Bench press (maxed at about 40) long bar squats- 30 incline press-15 max set of pull ups max set of pull downs max set of push ups max set of crunches
6 mile run (sometimes broken up throughout the day. Depends on how lazy I am. Or If I have other things to do.)
Cool down (again. Ass load of stretches.)
Anybody else Do anything of the sort xD.
I like to look good. So I am kind of a freak when it comes to physical fitness

I guess i prefer the old fashion way.. vegies like mustard and collard greens; sqaush, carrorts shit like that.. nice red meat steaks and working my ass off every day..

I'm not very active, mainly because I have poor knees/ankles, but I'm good at running (medium pace) for long distances. I play soccer in the fall, so that's always interesting, I personally love apples, bananas, broccoli, veggie pizza gets me the most though.. I drink a liter of water at least four days a week, and play kinect sports (better then nothing ) five days a week or so I can't really do upperbody things, I have a very weak right wrist, so that kind of limits my abilities there.. other then those things, nothing really

I could give you some excercises to do to strengthen your knees and ankles. Maybe even your wrist if your interested .
